30 new rental apartments in Alvesta

Mosaik has previously written that the municipal housing company Allbohus had plans to build new housing in the Björklövet neighborhood in central Alvesta. They were supposed to start building after the summer but was stopped in the spring when it became too expensive. But now, after a new contract, Allbohus will build 30 new rental apartments in a five floor house after all.

The new apartments will be one, two and three-room apartments in different sizes. The rent is approximately 1,500 Swedish crowns per square meter. For a larger two-room apartment, the rent lands on over 7,000 Swedish crowns per month, writes Smålandsposten.

The moving in is probably in the spring of 2021.
