A man enticed children with sweets outside school in Växjö

At 14 o'clock on Tuesday afternoon, staff at the Öjaby School in Växjö became aware that a dark dressed man tried to entice a child into his silvery car by offering sweets and ice cream.

– It happens on a regular basis and it's just to hope and accept that the children are so smart that they dare to go in and tell the adults. It is difficult to avoid, says Anders Tjäder, acting principal at the Öjaby school, to Smålandsposten.

The incident is reported to the police and tomorrow morning the school staff will talk to the children to not go away with or talk to unknown people.
