Increased salaries for Växjö's top politicians

Växjö's top politicians will receive increased salaries. The principle has been to follow developments in the remuneration of parliamentary politicians. The proposal now is that full-time politicians get about two percent more as of the turn of the year, writes Smålandsposten.

For the municipal council Anna Tenje (M), this means 1,875 Swedish crowns more per month. Her new salary will thus land at 85,500 Swedish crowns.

Eva Johansson (C) and Malin Lauber (S) receives 78,660 Swedish crowns as the first and second vice-chairmen and the two other municipal councils, Oliver Rosengren (M) and Tomas Thornell (S) will earn 71,820 Swedish crowns after the turn of the year.

However, the politicians above do not serve most in the municipality of Växjö. So does Monica Skagne, Commander-in-Chief.
