Lessebo has the most expensive water in the county

The people living in Lessebo have the most expensive annual cost for water and sewage in Kronoberg County. This is stated in the latest Nils Holgersson report. According to the report, the cost in Lessebo is 6,285 Swedish crowns per apartment per year. The tariff is reported according to a type apartment of 67 square meters.

– We see significant price differences in water and wastewater between municipalities. The conditions for the municipalities do vary, but the differences are so great that they have a tangible impact on the consumer's private finances, Hans Dahlin, chairman of the Nils Holgersson group, tells Smålandsposten.

In Växjö municipality, the tax is 4,524 Swedish crowns per apartment per year. In Alvesta, it is about 5,397 Swedish crowns.
