Mom abused her daughter

A 46-year-old woman was sentenced to pay fines and damages because she had abused her daughter at the age of 15.
It was at the end of January that the mother hit her daughter with a total of three slaps. In the district court, the mother admitted that she had beaten her daughter, but at the same time she believed that the slaps did not cause any pain.

But the battered daughter suffered from pain, bruising and swelling and therefore contacted an employee at her school.
The girl has now been taken care of according to the law on care of young people and no longer lives with the mother who, in addition to 3,000 Swedish crowns in fines, has to pay 5,000 Swedish crowns in damages to the daughter.
