The building is being bought for five million

Lessebo municipality buys Folkets hus for 4,950,000 Swedish crowns. The municipality is in great need of premises. Therefore, the premises will accommodate the increasing number of pupils at the Culture school and adult education as the compulsory education for new arrivals was set since last year.

Lessebo Municipality also needs to expand the leisure activities during the evening, in premises that are not adjacent to the school. The premises will now undergo a renovation with painting, a new ventilation system and window replacement.
