A new festival is being held in Växjö

Next year, it will be the premiere of a new festival in Växjö. Robert Andersson organizes a blues and beer festival in Gemla Folkets Park. In mid-June there will be music and drinks.

– We have more artists ready. The blues consist of many different styles that we try to cover. It's the same as with the beer. We also work with local microbreweries to be in place and be able to present themselves, says Robert Andersson, who is behind the initiative through the Friends and Flavors event company, to Smålandsposten.

In total, there will be around five different bands performing, including the Lisa Lystam Family Band who was at Sweden Rock this summer and the Växjö band Doctor Blues.
