Allbohus acts after the criticism

To be able to look for an apartment at Allbohus in Alvesta, you have to stand in a residential queue. Anyone standing in Allbohus residential queue gets one point per day and when you have accumulated enough points you can be offered an apartment.

Recently Allbohus received criticism when several people, who have long been in the housing queue, suddenly lost all their points. The loss of their points was due to Allbohus requiring that they log in to their website at least once every twelve months. Something these people did not do.

After the criticism, Allbohus has changed. Chairman Per Ribacke (S) tells Smålandsposten that those who hear from them will get their points back.

- Since we take on some debt, we have said that if someone comes back and feels that they have not received the right information, we will give back the point, says Per Ribacke to the Smålandsposten.

If you do not hear from them, you will not get your points back. And the rule to log in to the website every 12 months remains.
