Alvesta could get Burger King or Jysk

Alvesta municipality's large investment Orrakullen seems to have gained a first stakeholder with a concrete interest. The real estate company CT development AB has reserved a part of the 40,000 square meter business area.

The real estate company builds properties for, among others, Burger King and Jysk, but whether there will be any hamburger restaurant or furniture store in the area is still unclear.

– I have no comments on that right now. We are in a phase where we have not signed anything. But we have a dialogue with three to four actors that we work with. Within two or three months we will know more, says Carsten Krebs, part owner of CT development AB, to Smålandsposten.

The new area of ​​Orrakullen was ready this summer. The first groundbreaking was taken in February last year.
