Chef from Växjö won "Chef of the Year 2019"

Martin Moses from Växjö, active at SK Mat & People in Gothenburg, is the new Swedish master in professional cooking. He won the award ”Chef of the Year 2019”.
– It feels amazing. Finally! My philosophy is that good food is good - and that hard work pays off. I really had to confirm that today. I want to thank everyone who has supported me, it has been a long journey, he says.
Martin Moses works together with Stefan Karlsson from Gemla, who has previously become ”Chef of the Year” and who is now a chairman of the jury.
