Employee behaved inappropriately - got warned

A municipal employee in Växjö has received a written warning after behaving improperly at the workplace on a large number of occasions, writes Smålandsposten.
The employee, who works in the care administration, have been late to the workplace and gone home earlier without cause. The person has also avoided performing certain tasks and has choosen to smoke to such an extent that it affected the caregivers, who had to wait for help.
According to Växjö municipality, the employee also rested during working hours on several occasions. The person has also broken in "communication, collaboration and treatment", writes Smålandsposten.
