Family Center opens at Teleborg

Governing politicians in the Kronoberg Region and Växjö Municipality have agreed to open a family center at Teleborg next year. The family center will be adjacent to the health center.
– Family centers have had good effects when it comes to find children who may be in need of support in a natural way. We previously have a well-functioning family center at Dalbo in Växjö, and Teleborg is one of our more vulnerable areas, says Roland Gustbée (M), chairman of the Health and Medical Committee of the Kronoberg Region.
The Family Center will include a maternity care center, child care center, open preschool and social services.
