Family with children evicted

Last year, the number of families with children evicted from their homes increased. A total of 247 families with children were evicted, which is 36 more than the year before, according to new numbers from Kronofogden. In Kronoberg County a family with two children was evicted.

Altogether, in 2018, Kronofogden carried out 2 022 evictions of people in Sweden. In Kronoberg County, there were 26 cases where people were evicted from their homes. Half of these, thirteen, were in Växjö municipality. In Alvesta there were two cases and in Lessebo one.
