Firefighters testify about bosses who bully

Two times every year, the full-time firefighters at Värends räddningstjänst (Värends rescue service) respond to a survey of their work environment. According to P4 Kronoberg, the firefighters are very critical of the top management and they testify that it occurs ruling techniques, managers who bully and a management who does not care about how the staff feels.

– It is sad and distressing that they feel like that, says Martin Arvidsson, Kommunal's workplace representative, to P4 Kronoberg.

Jörgen Gertsson, the head of the Värends rescue service, hopes and believes that the problems can be solved. He is, according to the radio channel, one of those who has been criticized.
