Giant construction for Växjö company - gives up to 100 jobs

The Växjö company Famera Fastigheter will build a new trading area at Läreda in Hässleholm. The area where Willys and other stores are to be opened is 7,000 square meters. In addition, Biltema will open a store in an area that is equally large.
- We have sold the property to Famera real estate. They are going to complete the project and are very popular landlords. A great area will be and up to 100 jobs in total if you merge all the actors, says Peter Krait, CEO of TK Development in Sweden, to Kristianstadsbladet.
The area is expected to be completed in autumn 2020 or spring 2021.
