– This is an innovative way to build. It protects the house from, for example, humidity and also increases the safety of those who work at the site. The working environment is also improved because they get protection from rain, wind and cold, says Tony Söderena, project manager at Vöfab and project manager for the construction, and Ove Dahl, project manager Växjö municipality.

The weather protection walls will begin six meters above ground. This is because transports must be able to drive in and out. The protection will also accommodate two lifting cranes.

According to Växjö municipality, anyone who wants to follow the building will be able to see pictures from inside the weather protection on Växjö municipality's website. Växjö municipality, Vöfab and Skanska will share the project's development there.
