Growing cleaning company is praised

The award New Entrepreneur of the Year in Växjö Municipality is awarded to a company that has been in existence for a maximum of three years and has shown courage, endurance and commitment. Behind the prize stands the New Business Center, which this year has chosen to reward Szilvia Städ AB.

– It is a company with a strong drive that combines community building with good financial results, praised Markus Yngvesson, operations manager at the New Business Center in Växjö, in connection with Monday's awards ceremony.

Founder and CEO of Szilvia Städ is Szilvia Matene Szabolesi, who, however, was unable to attend and receive the award because she was in Hungary to take a motorcycle driving license. Instead, the company represented Employee Manager Emmi Andras, who was involved from the start in 2016 and who was an important cog in the rapid expansion. Today, the company has 13 part-time employees.

– We are constantly increasing. The goal is to continue to grow with even more customers and new hires.
