Hairdresser wins dispute against dissatisfied customer
After a visit to a hairdresser in Växjö, a woman became dissatisfied. She got brown hair instead of blonde and demanded to get the money back. The woman then turned to the General Complaints Board when the salon refused to refund. Now the salon has been right in the dispute, Smålandsposten writes.
The hairdresser must had done her best to make the hair color look so similar to the image the woman had with her as possible. According to the salon, the woman's hair must had "a lot of growth with very light lengths that changed into green" before the visit.
In its decision, the General Complaints Board writes that the woman has not been able to show that the hair dye performed was incorrect. Her claim for refund is therefore rejected, writes Smålandsposten.
