Houses on Rönnedal will soon be demolished

The tours around the rental properties at Rönnedal in Alvesta, which were previously rented by the Migration Agency, have been many. But now it is quite certain that the houses will be demolished.
Alvesta municipality has signed an agreement with a company that will be responsible for the demolition work. In total, demolition of the houses will cost 12 million Swedish crowns, which according to Allbohus CEO is a relatively low cost.
– The fact that it ended so low is because it is a low season for the companies. When they do not have much to do, they can submit slightly lower tenders, says Allbohus CEO Thomas Ottosson to Smålandsposten.
