Landlords in Växjö and Alvesta raise rents the most

Hem & Hyra has done a great survey of rent increases in the country. Throughout Sweden, rents are increased by almost two percent, but the increase is even higher for many tenants in Växjö and Alvesta.

Three landlords in Växjö are on the top list of those who raise the rent the most. It is Växjö housing, Heimstaden and Fastighetsägarna who all raised their rents by 2.45 percent. It places the hosts in place nine, ten and eleven throughout Sweden. The Vallon area in Finspång tops the list with a rent increase of 2.75 percent.

Allbohus and the property owners in Alvesta are also on the toplist with an increase of 2.30 percent each.
