Large risk of wildlife road collisions in Kronoberg
A review of the insurance company If shows that there is the greatest risk for motorists in Kronoberg and Kalmar counties to suffer from a wildlife road collision. The insurance company has compiled a list of the counties where most wild accidents occur in relation to the number of registered passenger cars. October and November are the months when most wild accidents occur.
With 20.1 accidents per 1000 cars during the first nine months, Kronoberg is the county in Sweden where the risk is second most likely to result in a wildlife road collision.

So far this year, over 2,000 wildlife accidents have been reported in Kronoberg County.
