Large store opens in Växjö - will recruit new employees

XL-BYGG will open several new stores around the country during 2020. During spring and summer they will open in Boden, Linköping, Mölndal and Växjö. Additional stores will open later this year.

– We want to get closer to our customers throughout the country. The goal of our establishment strategy is to cover our white spots on the map, therefore we will open stores in several new locations during 2020, says David Mattsson, establishment manager at XL-BYGG AB.

The new store in Växjö is to be located on Lenhovdavägen, next to the Qstar station, and is about 3,000 square meters with drive-in. This establishment also means several new jobs.

– I do not dare giving an exact figure on the number of new hires, but that we will need new staff at all locations where we open new stores is clear, says Tomas Hedman Strömhielm, Sales Manager at XL-BYGG AB.
