Major changes at Dalbo in Växjö

There are grand plans for the new Dalbo center in Växjö. During the year, P&E real estate partners are expected to demolish the entire current center and make room for 400 housings, writes Smålandsposten.
In addition, trading and a special accommodation are planned. The dwellings must be both rental apartments and condominiums, and according to the detailed plan, a high-rise building with 16 floors will be built.

– We have an ambition that something will happen before the end of the year, says Johan Nielsen, CEO of P&E real estate partner, to Smålandsposten.
The company will start in the parking lot between Dalbo square and Mörner's road. A grocery store and about 60 housings are going to be built.
