Man prosecuted for rape in Växjö

A 27-year-old man is charged with rape in Växjö District Court. The rape is supposed to have taken place at the end of November and the man is suspected of taking a grip of a woman's hair and raping her both anal and vaginal.
The man who denies crime is currently in custody.
– There is enough evidence to prosecute. Then Växjö District Court gets to evaluate whether the evidence is sufficient for a convict, Kristin Rydenståhl tells Smålandsposten.
