Many are applying for a Higher Vocational Education in Kronoberg

More and more people are choosing to apply to the country's Higher Vocational Educations. The number of qualified applicants increased by 22 percent from 2018 to 2019. The largest increase occurred in Kronoberg County with 66 percent more applicants.

– Although we have felt an increased interest in recent years, I must admit that I am a little surprised. I did not think it could increase that much in just a year. It is really positive that more and more people are discovering Higher Vocational Education and realizing what a good form of education it is, says Thomas Persson, Director General of the Swedish University of Applied Sciences.
