Missed to scan TV for 6,000 Swedish crowns

A pack of minced meat. And a TV worth 6,000 Swedish crowns. That was what the basket contained when a couple in their 30s left Ica Maxi on Saturday.
– When they were going out, the staff told a guard who went out and stopped them while they were putting everything in their car. Then the woman said that they simply forgot to scan the over 50-inch TV, says Samir Cehic, on-call investigator at police in Växjö to Smålandsposten.

The couple went in again to pay the TV. When one later checked the surveillance cameras, it was shown that the man had distracted the staff while the woman disappeared with the TV. Therefore, the duo is now suspected of theft.
The woman is known for similar crimes since earlier.
