This week, Växjö's new meeting place for digital innovation, WeXO, received its building permit. It will be a 16,000 square meter building in the I11 area and behind the initiative are Castellum and Visma.

The building will be 65 meters high and the building will be WELL certified, which means that the well-being and health of the employees will come first. WeXO will be designed to promote everyday exercise and a whole plane is dedicated to wellness, with gyms, various exercise areas as well as rooms for mental relaxation and recovery.

- Visma wants to be a world-class workplace and WeXO is an important puzzle piece. When our employees are satisfied and feeling well, things are going well for us. We are strong together simply, says Jens Ahlstrand, acting HR manager and project manager at Visma Spcs.

In addition to office workplaces, with associated places for co-working, there are plans for conference rooms, auditoriums, studios, restaurant and café.

The first sod for the building will be taken later this fall and occupancy is scheduled for spring 2021.
