New financial assistance service in Växjö
Växjö Municipality opens an e-service for financial assistance to facilitate follow-up and ensure equal treatment. Those who apply for financial assistance should be able to submit documents digitally and follow their case themselves.
– The digital application for financial assistance allows applicants to take greater responsibility for following their case and facilitates the administrators' control of the information in the application against the register. Digital application will save time, money and paper. When the administration is reduced, resources can be used for support, follow-up and efforts that lead to self-sufficiency, says Oliver Rosengren, municipal council and chair of the work and welfare committee.
