New giant building in Växjö

Micropower Group will build a completely new factory for batteries in Växjö. The new factory on Nylandavägen, between Postnord and Staples opposite the airport, will be 6,800 square meters with the possibility to expand.
The factory will be up and running at the turn of the year 2019/2020 and be ready in April next year.

– We are proud to be able to build new and modern energy technology that is developed, but also manufactured in Sweden. We expect this factory to employ 40 people already at the turn of the year, says Torbjörn Gustafsson, CEO of Micropower Group.
The new factory will also involve new employees. Micropower Group, with its head office in Växjö, has in recent years had a great expansion and employed many new employees.
