New housing in Hovmantorp

The Växjö company GBJ Bygg will build more than 50 homes on Udden in Hovmantorp. The building permit has now been granted by Lessebo municipality's authority committee and according to the plans there will be about 30 rental rights and 26 tenant-owned apartments.
– We have changed a bit and it will be mixed, both condominiums and rental properties. Many people have wanted rental properties and it has been in the mind from the beginning that it could be mixed, says Åsa Carlsson, project coordinator at GBJ Bygg, to Smålandsposten.
About ten condominiums are booked and among the stakeholders there are both homeowners and people from outside.
