New large building in Växjö

Växjö Vipers has big plans for a new building at Fortnox Arena. It will be a new 19-storey that will contain apartments, a restaurant and new floor plans for floorball, dressing rooms and a mingle area, writes Smålandsposten.

– We are also thinking of apartments for young adults. The apartments will be a bit smaller. But, of course, everyone is welcome. There are also thoughts about hotels. Exactly how it will be designed is decided during the course of the journey, says Dan Carlsson at Nivika Real Estate to Smålandsposten.

The plan is for the first spade to be taken in the summer of 2020 and the new landmark to be completed in the summer of 2022.
