New nightspot opens in Växjö

A new nightspot will open in central Växjö. It is the restaurant profile Allan Schwech who runs Pinchos and Umami Monkey in Växjö who will open the new place called Strössel.
– It feels exciting and fun. Strössel becomes a lounge club with music and dance. The idea is that we will be able to offer our guests and people on the town to continue the evening at Strössel, says Allan Schwech.

Before midsummer, he is expected to open up Strössel at Pincho's new restaurant at the Linnaeus Gallery.
Is it like a nightclub?
– Some kind of night club will be yes. It is not that big, but we'll see how it develops.
