New preschool is being built in Växjö

APP Properties and Vöfab have entered into a rental agreement for a new preschool at former Hovslund in Växjö. It is part of the new Hofs Park, a new block between Kungsvägen and Harsövägen. The new preschool should accommodate about 80 children.
- We are looking forward with confidence to adding a preschool to the district of Hov. At APP Properties, we are proud that Växjö Municipality has given us the confidence to realize this project. The preschool is a puzzle piece in the development of a brand-new neighborhood that will also contain over 200 senior housing, says Anders Svensson, CEO of APP Properties.
Construction is expected to begin in the spring and completion is scheduled for July 2021.
