Pupil beat employees at school in Alvesta

Last week, three employees at a school in the municipality of Alvesta were beaten by a 15-year-old pupil. Two of the employees were taken to hospitals by ambulance and one of them had to visit a health center, writes Smålandsposten.

This is not the first time a pupil gets on an employee. During the year, this has happened twice in the municipality of Alvesta.

– There are very different types of events, but even though two serious events occurred in a short time, thankfully these situations are generally quite unusual in Alvesta municipality. We can never protect ourselves to 100 percent that this should never happen, but I feel that the principals who have work environment responsibility take it most seriously and have the routines necessary to protect pupils and staff in the best possible way, says Carsten Wulf, who is administrative manager in Alvesta to Smålandsposten. The incident has been reported to the police.
