Rape on Campus in Växjö

A student in Växjö is suspected of having raped a sleeping woman on Campus. The two students lived as friends in the same apartment and one Saturday the man was lying next to the sleeping woman, pulling down her pants, performed a "sexually comparable sexual act". The man has now been prosecuted for rape and trial is being held next week, writes Smålandsposten.

The woman has in several interrogations told about the abuse but the suspect student denies the accusations. Among the evidence is text messaging between the two involved. Two other women will also testify to what the woman has told them about the abuse, writes Smålandsposten.
