The big fall in Växjö is still being investigated

In December 2017, parts of a courtyard collapsed into a garage on the Södra station area in Växjö. One of several investigations that have been carried out is still ongoing. It is led by prosecutors at the National Unit for Environmental and Work Environment Goals in Malmö. The investigation is expected to continue for at least six months.

– These are difficult questions, of course. No one has been harmed so there are variations on when it is causing danger to others. Then it requires negligence, qualified negligence, almost intentionally. That is what I have to take a position on and it is someone to be suspected of. Then you have to see where the gross negligence lies, says Lars Magnusson to Smålandsposten.
