The city architect welcomes the plans for a new mosque

The foundation Växjö Muslims want to build a new mosque in Växjö. It is welcomed by the city architect in Växjö, Henrik Wibroe.
– It would be great if they could build a real mosque there. Such a large mosque will be visible and it would be exciting to see it on hold when driving on Liedbergsgatan, he says to Lokaltidningen.
There is no building permit application at the moment. But according to the plan, it will be a large mosque of 1,000 square meters, with room for 1,000 people.
