The corona tent in Växjö has been taken down

The corona tent that was set up a few weeks ago has been removed. That's because of the knowledge about the coronavirus disease Covid-19 is getting better and that the tent is no longer deemed necessary.

– It's not airborne. We prepared for the worst in the beginning, and then we used the tent, says infectious protection physician Christian Romin Blomkvist to P4 Kronoberg.

Now, the sampling is instead carried out through an external lock to a room at the infection site.
