The police are looking for tips after robbery

During Saturday night, a woman in Alvesta was assaulted by two unknown perpetrators who stole her car. The car was found later in the morning but there are still no traces of the perpetrators.

– The car is seized, and we will do a technical examination of it. But after that we have no more spreads we can work with. We are very grateful if tips are received from the public, says Henrik Johansson, on-call investigative leader at the Växjö Police, to SVT News Småland.

The incident happened at 01.30 and the car was later dumped at Sporvägen and Svampvägen in Alvesta.

– If you have seen someone who parked the car there last night or early yesterday morning, we are grateful if you contact us, says Henrik Johansson to SVT Nyheter Småland.

The woman survived without any serious physical injuries.
