The police's results after the massive effort

The police have made a big effort in Växjö during the start of the week. Operation Försommar, which is a part of Operation Rimfrost, have been successful.
– I am absolutely convinced that the effort has created security for the residents in the area, and we have fought against the criminal networks that exist. I am extremely pleased, says local police area manager Jonas Eek, to Smålandsposten.
The effort has resulted in about 90 people being visited, 50 properties and 45 cars and homes have been searched.
During the operation, several people have been arrested for crimes. Among other things, a weapon and large batches of drugs were found.
