The restaurant chain opens in Växjö

A new restaurant chain opens in Bländapassagen in central Växjö. It is Blackstone Steakhouse that will take over Condeco's premises.

- It feels really fun to open up the gates in Växjö. It is a big city that seems to be going well with many good restaurants and a good entertainment offering, says Andreas Zetterdahl, CEO and principal owner of Blackstone Steakhouse, to VXOnews.

At Blackstone Steakhouse, the hot dishes are served at a 400 degrees hot lava rock. Guests make the final frying of the meat, fish or vegetarian option.

The restaurant chain is expected to open sometime this fall and the restaurant will have about one hundred seats and the new restaurant also involves about ten new jobs, both full and part-time.

Blackstone Steakhouse is also available in Borlänge, Falun, Gävle, Jönköping and Gothenburg.
