The Swedish championships are held in Växjö

This weekend Wäxjö Motorsällskap will host the Swedish Championship in radio-controlled cars. At Dackeringen in Växjö, radio-controlled cars must be brought forward with the help of drivers who stand beside the track.

There will be competitions in different classes, depending on the size of the cars. On the course it can go up to 100 kilometers per hour.

- You compete and socialize on exactly the same terms. There is no physical part to this. This is just a concentration sport, says Per Hellquist to P4 Kronoberg.
