The swimming initiative continues in Växjö

Växjö municipality had a free swimming school in 2018 with about 800 children. This year, the focus is on giving children born in 2013 water habit. During the autumn there will still be a free swimming school.
The swimming school is carried out in collaboration with Växjö swimming club and covers up to ten occasions per child. And the focus is that the child should get water habit to later learn how to swim.
According to Växjö municipality's website, there may also be the opportunity to get help with bus tickets to and from the swimming school.
