Växjö company GBJ Bygg will build 52 homes on Udden in Hovmantorp. It was presented at a press conference on Wednesday.
– We think they have done a fantastic job of taking advantage of the environment and the maritime situation. At the same time, they have succeeded in planning numerous homes in relation to what is allowed per square meter, says Lars Altgård (S), chairman of the local council, to Smålandsposten.
According to GBJ Bygg, they have named the new area to Bryggan. There will be 52 apartments of different sizes.
– We clearly think this is a lot of fun, and we see great potential in Hovmantorp, says sales manager Erika Dahlström to Smålandsposten.
