The weather caused a house fire

At noon on Wednesday, police and emergency services were alerted to a villa on Lillavägen in Skruv. The villa burned because a flash had struck it.
The fire was first discovered when the villa was smoke-filled and the emergency services therefore had to work to extinguish the fire and evacuate the house. No person was in the villa when the lightning struck, Smålandsposten writes.
