They will take over Evedal's hostel

H-Bygg och leisure time AB, which owns and operates Evedal's campsite, has won the contract to also run Evedal's hostel and the three cottages Berghälla, Svensborg and Lillstugan on Evedal in Växjö.

“H-Construction and leisure are the ones that best lived up to the requirements of Växjö Municipality and have shown very good understanding of Vöfab and Växjö Municipality's goals and vision for the Evedal area, which is an important part of Växjö as a tourist destination. The business plan shows how the company intends to collaborate with other players to develop the entire area. H-Bygg and leisure also meet the requirements set for, for example, open-keeping, envisaged staffing, and activities for guests and the public. The entrepreneur also works for a sustainable enterprise in both the environment, the economy and in the social”, says a press release from the municipality of Växjö.

The goal is for the hostel's new entrepreneurs to start running the hostel on April 1, 2020.
