During Saturday, three Växjö residents in their 20s climbed Kebnekaise, Sweden's highest mountain. They were there for the first time, but ended up in need when they fell into a watercourse, reports P4 Kronoberg.

The trio alerted the police who sent out a helicopter and scavenger to look for them. The Växjö residents, who made their first attempt to reach the top of the mountain, was found during the night. They were then taken to Kebnekaise's mountain station for inspection.

According to P4 Kronoberg, the trio did well, but they were wet and cold.
