Torch trains are arranged in central Växjö

This week, "a week free from violence" is organized and on November 25, it is the United Nations International Day for the Elimination of Men's Violence against Women. In addition with this, a torch train for violence-free relations is arranged. At 17.00, there is a gathering at Speakers Corner and then the participants train together through central Växjö.

“That we are many who take a stand against violence in close relation, we will pay attention with a torchlight train through central Växjö. Come and be with us and show that you, your association, your company or your business also take a stand against violence in close relationships”, writes Växjö Municipality on its website.
