Växjö resident reports chain store

A Växjö resident has reported an electronic chain to Allmänna reklamationsnämnden (the General Complaints Board). The man bought a microwave oven for over 1,500 Swedish crowns this autumn, but after a few months he discovered that it did not heat the food evenly.

The resident tried to heat a pan pizza on several occasions but every time only half of the pizza became warm. He returned the microwave oven to the store for repair but no errors were detected on the product. However, he got it back with several scratches, writes Smålandsposten.
