Lack of chefs in Växjö

There is a shortage of qualified chefs and kitchen staff for the restaurant and hotel kitchens in Kronoberg County. It is also difficult to fill the need with newly trained chefs locally.
According to Svenskt Näringsliv, which participated in an information meeting to discuss the situation and the development that takes place in the hospitality industry, several of Växjö's restaurant and hotel managers are concerned and want concrete proposals for solutions.
